•Products that are opened, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.

•Return Process:

•Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
•Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
•You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
•Non-Returnable Items:
•Custom-made or special-order items.
•Perishable goods or hazardous materials.
•Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
2. Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
